Hi,
My PC is Win XP and IE7.
I can't sign in Hotmail "automatically".
I was able to do so until last night, but not anymore.
So I clicked X mark by forgetting me, and
re -entered my ID and password and
check marked "Remember my password" "Remember me".
Before that, I also optimazed my IE7 by clearing cookies,
Temporary Internet files, History,
restarted PC but still no luck.
Could someone help me on this issue? Thank you.

I would like to add a note, that I can not sign in Hotmail
if clear the cookies, history, temporary Internet files.
The screen remain the same after I click sign In.
The only way for me to get in is to clear all screen info,
and re-enter them.
I have to keep doing this everytime
I clear the cookies, history, Temporary Internet.

Hi PA Bear,

Thank you for putting the link for Windows Live support
and the optimization tip. I appreciate it.
I did set ALL setting to as it said.
(like putting domain address in allowed site and etc)
But still the same reult... Hotmail singh in is not memorizing my info.
I did post a question on the site you have here about 8 Hours ago,
but so far I have no response from live support.
I saw the ratio of number of questons (over thousands)
to number of answers (not a lot),
So I thought I come here to ask for help.
Perhaps, I should not put more than one post within Microsoft or internet.
(I suppose this forum is replaced with WL support)
I'll just wait and hope someone reply to my inquiry overthere.
Again, thank you for your advice. It was very useful.

Good News, PA Bear !!

I don't know what it is, but Hotmail Sign in function is working now!
Only thing I did after I posted my previous comment to you was
Restarted my PC just on a whim.
And it's back to normal !
I think optimizing tip you showed me did the trick.
Thank youuuuuuuu so much!!! You made my day.

You're welcome & thanks for your feedback.

I suspect that a reboot wouldn't have been required if all IE windows are
closed and one makes all the changes accessing Internet Options via Control
Panel. In any event, you'd resolved the problem.
